Stephanie is a partner focusing in the fields of General Liability, Construction Liability, Security Liability, and Premises Liability. Stephanie’s clients include building owners and managers, construction contractors, hotels, business owners and security companies.
Stephanie is a contributing writer to the Outside Counsel column in the New York Law Journal and has authored articles on various Labor Law, Security Law and Premises Liability areas. She has also co-authored a chapter in the New York State Bar Association’s Outline on Construction Litigation and the New York State Labor Law and the New York State Bar Association´s outline of the 2010 law school for Insurance Professionals Programs. Stephanie is the current Chair of the DRI Premises Liability SLG for the Retail and Hospitality Committee. She was chair of the 2015 NYSBA Fire Law CLE, where she also spoke on NY’s Firefighter’s Law.
