With respect to insurance coverage, Jeff represents insurers exclusively with respect to EPL, D&O, E&O and GL policies. He advises insurers as to underlying liability and risk, the underwriting considerations relevant to insuring those liabilities, and policy drafting, In this capacity, Jeff monitors and supervises local defense counsel in California and throughout the country on litigated matters. When coverage disputes arise, Jeff represents insurers in coverage mediations and defends against “bad faith” claims in coverage litigation in state and federal courts.
