Lee practices in the areas of Professional Liability, General Liability and Insurance litigation.
Lee has over three decades of experience in the areas of Insurance Agents and Brokers Liability, General Liability and Premises Liability, Dram Shop Liability, Insurance Company Errors and Omissions, Architects and Engineers, Municipal Liability, Accountants Professional Liability and Miscellaneous Professional Liability. He has extensive experience as insurance coverage counsel and has defended domestic and international insurance brokerage firms and insurance companies in complex litigation matters. In addition, he has represented numerous landlords and restaurants in General Liability and Dram Shop cases.
Lee has lectured for the National Academy of Insurance Brokers and the Academy of Insurance Education. He has also represented professionals in the telecommunications industry and has lectured to trade groups in the field.
